This California Privacy Notice (“Notice”) is for California residents and supplements E-LINTER Privacy Policy. This Notice explains how we may have collected, used, and shared your Personal Data in the past twelve (12) months and how to exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).

Right to Request Deletion

Under CCPA, you have the right to request that we delete your Personal Data that we currently hold about you.

Right to Opt-out of the sale of Personal Data

If you are a California resident, the CCPA allows you to opt-out the sale of your Personal Data. To opt-out of these “sales”, please follow the Do not Sell Your Personal Data and confirm your decision.

We will NOT discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. In your request, please make clear what Data you would like to have changed, whether you would like to have your Personal Data deleted from our database or otherwise let us know what limitations you would like to put on our use of your Personal Data. Please also note that to protect your data and the integrity of our Products, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request, so that we precisely locate your Personal Data.
